A red carpet worthy vintage Fifties 'goddess' evening dress from quality U.S label Frank Starr, also labelled Nicholas Ungar. The dress features fluid black crepe, ruched over the bodice, and hanging in a swathe over the right hip for dramatic effect. The wide straps are in sheer black chiffon, and a fabulous faceted jet black early plastic buckle adorns the neat belt.
