VINTAGE 1950's SILK FLORAL RUFFLED HEM DRESS

A pretty vintage 1950's floral dress, too dinky for my broad shouldered mannequin, so photographed flat! Wonderful naive floral print, I'm 99.9% sure that the base is silk. Huge volume to the skirt, with layered apple green and pink ruffles to the hem. No side zip, just a small opening at the centre back, so you really do need to be very petite as per the measurements, to get the dress on comfortably.
Very Good to Good condition, row of dots/unpicked stitchline around waist seam where the dress may have been let out at some point, two very faint yellow marks from print dye discharge to the bodice (very faint). Couple of repairs to the pink hem ruffle, mainly lost in volume, 1cm repair to front bodice, and couple of tiny pinhead holes around back presstud fastenings. Priced taking into consideration these small flaws, sold as seen.
