A simply stunning 1980's ballgown from quality label Frank Usher, now known for producing more conservative ensembles, from the 1950's through to the 1980's the label produced some show stopping evening gowns. In manmade chiffon, in a sublime shade of blue, the strapless bodice is ruched, with a low back to reveal your shoulder blades. The double layered skirt is cut shorter at the back, for a bustle like effect.
Very Good condition, there are groups of scattered faint brown dots (from incorrect storage) to the chiffon skirts, pinhead size at the largest. I only noticed these when laying out the garment to measure, they really are only noticeable when inspected closely.

- HIPS - free due to skirt volume
- LENGTH - 49.5" from top of strapless bodice to hem.
