HOW TO ORDER/PAYMENT

We accept payment via Paypal, credit cards via Paypal/our shopping cart and via personal cheque (cheque payment available for UK Customers only).

We accept payment via Paypal using the 'buy me' buttons on each individual item page. Your selected item/Items will be added to your shopping cart, and will then, when you are ready, go through to the secure Paypal payment page. (Paypal is a secure method of online payment, enabling you to pay for items online without ever revealing your card details. You do not need to already be a Paypal member, they offer a service where you can pay using your credit card too, simply follow the instructions given after using the paypal button on the shopping cart).

All paypal payments are secure, you will see the secure padlock symbol when you click through from the shopping cart to paypal.

If you are a UK buyer you can also pay via personal cheque, simply contact us at orders@freudianslipsvintage.com quoting the specific item reference number and description of the item/items that you wish to purchase, and we will reply via email with all necessary payment info. Your item will be reserved for 10 Calender days until payment clears, if no payment is received within this period then the item will be considered 'for sale' again.

We operate on a strictly 'first come, first served' basis, once your email or Paypal payment is received we will hold that item until payment clears, (even if the SOLD sign dosen't appear on the website on your chosen item straight away). So, do email us a.s.a.p to avoid disappointment as some items do sell very quickly!!

Do also email if you have fallen in love with a dress that's marked sold, as we can often let you know if we have something similar coming up, as our inventory is much larger than the website stock.

POSTAGE COSTS

Uk postage is completely included in the listed price, all items will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery, so that they can be tracked in case of any problems.

International Charges are calculated when you complete your purchase using the shopping cart/Paypal and are as follows, for European residents postage is £5.00, plus £2.50 for each additional item. For all other International destinations, (i.e U.S.A, Australia, Canada etc) postage is £8.00, plus £4.00 for each additional item. All items are sent via 'International Signed For', which is a trackable service. Any Customs charges that are incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible, (within 7 working days), except for in unforseen circumstances, i.e during a Royal Mail strike etc.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the vintage nature of the items for sale, any refunds are discretionary, and will only be considered if we feel that an item has been misrepresented, an error has been made with measurements or a major flaw not noted.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns on any items purchased from the Lingerie department, for health and safety reasons.

We will consider returns for fit reasons within the Uk, but due to customs/shipping costs we are unable to offer any refunds for fit from International customers.

Any request for a return must be emailed within 24 hours of receipt, and the item must be returned at your cost by a trackable service, i.e First Class Recorded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged or obviously worn, in this case the item will be returned to you and no refund given.

Any personal information that you provide will not be stored or used for any other reason than in connection with the operation of this website and the progression and resolution of your order, or any queries that you may have. It will not be passed to any person or third party without your permission.
