A stunning 1930's Norman Hartnell liquid black satin jacket. The cut is devastatingly simple with a weighted hem to ensure that it sits perfectly, and the satin has a subtle linear texture to add interest. Fairly narrow across the back so check sizing. A stunning vintage 1930's cream rayon kimono, the fabric is semi sheer with a silky weave. The rayon has cream jacquard oriental floral motifs woven through it. The wonderful blue, green and orange print, has naive florals running down the front placket, with the back and front necklines covered in bold peonies and irises. A stunning Mount Fuji scene adorns the back, with stylised oriental bridges and rivers at it's base. The hem is finished with a lovely blue wave motif. A particularly beautiful kimono.

VINTAGE 1930's GOLD JACQUARD WEDDING DRESS

A simply stunning vintage wedding dress, handmade by the original owner circa 1938. The dress has soft puffed sleeves and a lengthened back hem for a small train effect. The fabric is beautiful, a satin jacquard weave of branch motifs mixing cream and metallic gold threads, resulting in a creamy satin with subtle pale gold shimmering through on the linear pattern. As the dress was homemade it is unlined, and the interior finishing is simple.

An absolutely stunning vintage 1930's evening jacket. The fabric is an incredible textured, (almost embossed in effect) black satin, printed with a trailing floral design.The colouration is beautiful, mixing violet, fuchsia pink and bold red shades. The unlined jacket has soft puffed sleeves and two art deco glass buttons, on a twisted thread fastening. Would look equally stylish over an evening gown or teamed with jeans for daytime.

A gorgeous vintage 1930's black velvet bolero, with incredible ruffled frills to the shoulders. The open sleeves are cape like. The bolero fastens at the front with a fantastic art deco clasp, with trailing velvet ties underneath. The metal clasp is 3.25" inches in width, and set with a huge amount of tiny sparkling, faceted glass 'stones'.

A wonderfully elegant vintage 1930's crepe day dress, in a rich shade of claret. In a hard to find larger size, the crepe has a subtle linear texture and unusual gathered panels in the same fabric are set into each sleeve. The large covered buttons are decorated with domed silver metallic studs. Labelled ' Town and Country Shop, Utica N.Y'. Some small flaws so please refer to condition details before purchasing.
